近日，IDIP实验室研二同学吕昱霄撰写的学术论文"Cirrus Detection Based on RPCA and Fractal Dictionary Learning in Infrared imagery"在《Remote sensing》上正式发表。吕昱霄为论文第一作者，导师彭真明教授为论文的通讯作者。该期刊为中科院JCR-2区刊物，2018-2019年最新影响因子(IF)为4.118。
